“Unlike a friend or relative, Karma was not a stakeholder, so she helped me to see my pattern of not wanting to say “no.” Karma gave me the assignment to say “no” to 10 requests and then get back to her to review what happened. 
In the 10 months since our coaching, I continue to be direct about saying “no” to something that is not my responsibility and it hasn’t caused anyone to get angry or not like me. Karma is a great listener but also an active participant in finding solutions.”
